Job Description

  • Provide L1 network and security operations support.
  • Handle customer issues from initial contact to escalation as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for the NOC team during shifts, escalating to stakeholders as required.
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and manage routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure.
  • Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support and manage site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstations.
  • Adhere to change management processes and provide daily and weekly reports.


    • Requirements

  • Proficiency in routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, ISIS).
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP and other networking protocols (DHCP, DNS, CDP, ARP).
  • Experience in NOC environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XR and Juniper Junos.
  • Knowledge of core routing and switching design principles and related technologies.
  • Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS, DSL, Frame Relay, Metro Ethernet).
  • Proven experience in network capacity planning and security principles.
  • Ready to work in morning or evening shifts.
  • Expert knowledge in network management best practices.
